Venotherapy, or Laser Vein Therapy, is a process of using a laser to remove unsightly spider veins from the surface of your body. There is minimal downtime involved, and removing these veins can often hide the effects of aging, especially in women.

What kind of veins can I have treated?

Our venotherapy procedures at SkinPerfect Medical are generally used to treat spider facial and leg veins. Unfortunately, we cannot treat varicose veins at this time with our current procedures.

Is there any downtime?

There is no downtime associated with our treatment, but it’s recommended that you avoid excessive sun exposure to minimize complication risks.

When will I see results?

Because spider veins are often quite varied, we recommend that you come in for consultation to help determine the number of treatments that you will require.

Can all skin types be treated?

Both light and dark-skinned patients can benefit from laser vein therapy. Patients with heavy suntans and preexisting conditions such as diabetes may not be able to be treated.
